What does NOT need to change?

When your work is shifting, or something’s not feeling quite right, but you don’t know what EXACTLY the problem is…it can feel overwhelming. It can be all-consuming. And it can feel really confusing.

Even if the “problem” – or the thing that needs to change – is small. Not knowing can be beyond frustrating.

And it can even cause you to feel like you just need to scrap everything and start over.

And while I am always here for the big fat ending of a chapter that no longer serves you - and I’ve helped many clients do just that - this is not always the right choice.

In fact, for most people, it’s NOT the best choice!

Usually, it’s about finding the specific change(s) that will bring you the results, feeling, or impact that you want. And the trick is to make the EXACT RIGHT change…for you, your business, and your clients.

Here’s something you can do to start to weed through all the various possibilities, and potential changes you COULD make…so that you can start to narrow down to some specifics.

This is a simple and practical exercise, and a question you can ask yourself. It also has a lovely side benefit for your mindset! Because when you can start to make some progress and gain real traction towards more and more clarity, you’ll feel relief.

And you’ll pull yourself out of confusion and overwhelm, into KNOWING where to focus your time and energy and where to just keep letting things run as-is.
