This agreement is made between Coach, Laura Livingston

and

Client, Program Participant

Terms

This agreement, will begin upon acceptance, and will continue through the end of the program.

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching or tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.

Client agrees to the cancellation policy. Private sessions canceled with less than 24-hours notice will be forfeited. 

Client agrees to pay fees as agreed.

Coach has the right to cancel the program due to any late payments and/or no payments made by the client.

This Agreement does not allow for termination prior to the program end date. If client chooses to end participation prior to the program end date, client will not receive a refund, and will be responsible for completing payment for the program.

If client defaults on their payment plan and their payment is past due, access to the membership site will be revoked and client will not be able to access any of their programs until their account balance is current and all past due amounts are paid in full.

If client refers someone new to Coach who signs up for a 1:1 or group coaching program (e.g., Evolve), client will receive as a thank you 1 free 90-minute coaching session to be used at any time within 12 months.

Intellectual Property

Coach owns and retains all intellectual property rights to the program. Client is NOT purchasing any portion of ownership of the intellectual property rights to the program or the program content.

Client is not allowed to and will be in breach of this contract if she/he purports to train others in this content.

Release

Coach may take photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other recordings during Program that Coach may use for future commercial or non-commercial purposes. Client agrees and understands that by participating in Program, Coach is consenting to being recorded and photographed and to the use of Client’s likeness and voice in any media in perpetuity by Coach for whatever purpose as Coach sees fit.

Non-Disparagement

Client agrees, during and after participation in the program, to refrain from making any statements, whether oral or in writing, that negatively impact Coach’s program, business, services, products, or reputation.

Confidentiality

The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential, other than the information shared in the group, which shall remain confidential within the context of the group.

Client agrees to keep all information shared by other participants in the program strictly confidential.

Coaching Relationship

Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

Declaration

I understand that I am working with Laura Livingston for professional coaching at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.
