The top 3 things that are working in small businesses right now
I’m hearing a lot about what’s not working in 2024.
Yes, it’s true that sales cycles are longer. Buyers are more discerning.
I’m not sure that’s a bad thing, exactly.

What I’m seeing lately is that strategy and marketing matters more than ever.
And TRUST matters more than ever.
Lots of businesses, especially coaches, have closed their doors in the last 12 months. And while I’m not happy about that in the least, a lot of those businesses were also businesses that weren’t delivering on their promises, so I’m not too sad about that part.
I find myself aligning somewhere between a realist and an optimist. So I’m not going to pretend that it’s not crowded, noisy and saturated out there. It is.
AND, there’s a lot that’s working this year. A LOT.
As of the end of June, every single one of my clients is on track to make more revenue and more profit this year than they did last year (still waiting on July numbers!).
My business is too. And August will be the highest income month of the year and it’s only the 2nd day of the month!
So, for this Think Differently, I want to talk about what IS WORKING.
Because there’s still plenty of time to make this your best income year ever, to do everything you had on your goals list in January, and to turn it around or to make a comeback if this year has seen a dip in revenue.
And who doesn’t love a good comeback?!
