I love this topic because there’s no right or wrong answer. But we’ve all got opinions!
I’ll be the first to say that a free offer doesn’t make sense for all businesses.
I’ve had my own love/hate/love-again relationship with them myself over the years.
And I’ve supported countless clients with their decisions to create free offers, and how to make them work for their sales process. I’ve also helped a lot of clients decide NOT to create a free offer.
But, spoiler alert, I love a free offer when it’s done strategically, has healthy boundaries, and it’s a good fit for you, your business, and the phase of business you’re in right now.
I’ve used free events and free coaching sessions to make sales and sign clients for YEARS.
